1. Acceptance of Terms You must be at least 18 years old to use Portail. By creating an account and checking the age confirmation box during registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Portail relies on this self-declaration and does not independently verify age. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, it will be deleted promptly.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Portail. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You may not create multiple accounts
• You may not use another person's account

4. For Passengers

• You may search and book available trips posted by drivers
• Bookings are confirmed only when the driver accepts your request
• You will only be charged once the driver accepts
• You must add a valid payment method before booking
• You are responsible for being at the pickup location on time

5. For Drivers

• Drivers must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Drivers must complete identity verification before posting trips
• Drivers must have a valid vehicle registered on their profile
• Drivers are responsible for the safety of their passengers
